About Jen

Jenifer_Lower bozeman realtorWhat brought Jen to Bozeman, Montana? The easy answer is Real Estate. You may be surprised, however, to learn that she wasn’t in the business of home buying and selling at that time. Rather, she was a licensed General Contractor who was on site, building homes with her bare hands. That’s not quite where her real estate journey began, though.

At age 18, Jen got her start in the real estate industry as a property manager in the state of Missouri with more than 35 homes in her portfolio of rentals. During that time, she attended Missouri Western State University to become a paralegal with an emphasis in Real Estate Law. She quickly learned something very important about herself. Sitting behind a desk for eight hours a day was not something she was well suited for. This is when she turned to the industry of home building.

She made a plan, and eventually received her General Contractors license in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Montana where she was, as stated above, on site, building homes for the next ten years. She enjoyed building homes immensely! The course of her career abruptly changed when she sustained a serious injury leaving her in a position in which she could no longer continue building, due to the physical demands involved. Becoming a Real Estate Agent seemed the natural, logical path for her. That’s exactly what she did.

Jen received her license to sell as a Real Estate Agent in the state of Montana in 2005 and has been striving to be the best in her field ever since. After nearly 5 years of working as a Real Estate Agent, Jen realized her goal of opening an independently owned Real Estate Brokerage in Bozeman, Montana and has never looked back.

“This is what I was born to do. My experience as a property manager, general contractor, and real estate agent were ideal stepping stones to owning and operating my own Real Estate Brokerage. How many people in the industry can say they have worked in so many facets of the Real Estate world?”

Jen’s brokerage, Bozeman Montana Real, has a solid reputation in the Bozeman community. In particular, Jen is frequently referred to as ‘Bozeman’s Buyer’s Agent’ due to the natural, easy connection she makes with clients looking to move to the Bozeman area. Jen wasn’t forced to move to Bozeman. She CHOSE Bozeman because she simply fell in love with the area; it’s beauty, charm, majestic scenery, natural wonders, bounty of wildlife, easy access to every type of outdoor recreation you could ever want, and wholesome, safe atmosphere. It’s easy for her to see Bozeman, and the entire Southwest Montana area, in with the same eyes most of her clients see it with.

You may wonder, then, how THIS exclusive website came to be. Through Jen’s experience, she has found there is a very specific niche of Bozeman Real Estate shoppers whose needs she was qualified to meet. Bozeman and the greater Gallatin Valley area in Southwest Montana is a highly sought after location by Luxury Home and Vacation Home Buyers. This is a unique category of Buyers who frequently don’t have enough time to scour the internet for potential homes, and travel back and forth to see each home in person. They need a highly qualified, trustworthy individual who is extremely educated in the local real estate market to do the leg work for them. That’s precisely what Jen offers. As a Luxury Home Buyer’s Agent, Jen is committed to a long-term relationship with clients who count on her to find them exactly what they are looking for, in the time frame they need, or want, it in. The simplest way for Jen to reach those clients was to offer a website just for them.

If you’ve been thinking about purchasing real estate in the Bozeman, Big Sky, Gallatin Gateway, or any other part of Southwest Montana’s Gallatin County area, feel free to reach out to Jen with any questions you may have. Call, text, or email her directly at:
